During COVID and my ensuing isolation, I had become quite distracted in my life. I felt disconnected, distant from my inner myself, from who I was, from who I wanted to be. It was at this point I decided to take the Positive Intelligence program to see if I could benefit from some course correction.
The PQ program is quite simple. It reminded me of who I really was at the core, and how I could access that inner self. There was great theoretical development on a framework for identifying and neutralizing the things that I use to tear myself down, and provided exercises to reinforce the good. But very importantly, the program helps put this theory into practice. This all is much more difficult than it might seem.
The best phone app in the world is not going to figure out your life and solve your problems. This is something you (and only you) will have to do yourself. It is very personal work. I wasn't exactly sure how I was going to start. I wasn't sure I was on the right path. And this is where Nirav helped me. Of course, I knew he wasn't going to solve my problems. But his very intense listening skills and focused questioning helped draw out from me answers to questions I had of myself, and helped provide a new context / framework that I could use going forward.
